Golden Hour Styled Shoot

It’s about time I get this shoot on the blog. As a planner my time is dedicated to my clients first and my blog last. So here’s to better late than never!

My first styled shoot was made possible by Grace with True Grace Photography. I reached out to her because we lived in the same town and I loved her work…have you seen it? Who wouldn’t?! We connected over coffee and she asked if I’d be interested in collaborating with her for a styled shoot. I had to hold myself from jumping out of my seat to hug her. I was so excited. As a planner new to the industry I had no idea that someone so spectacular would want to work with me. Of course, I said yes and began brainstorming.

We decided on a light and inviting color palette to capture a soft feel during golden hour. After connecting with vendors and finding our team, I found our model bride who has also been my BFF for the last decade! I couldn’t believe how great everything provided by the vendors turned out or how incredible the natural light in Ravenswood Event Center was!

This is a day that I will never forget. We all worked together to bring the vision to life and I was so fortunate to meet so many spectacular vendors along the way. As I continue to plan more shoots and weddings this year I will never forget the first vendor who believed in me. Thank you Grace!
